  • I have an allergy or intolerance. Can you cater for this?
    While I can take special requests for allergen friendly products, it must be taken into account that I do prepare these in a kitchen containing these products. Great care is taken to ensure the rust of cross contamination does not occur. If you suffer from severe side effects I will politely not accept the order to such a risk.
  • How much notice do you need?
    I like at least 4 weeks notice (if availability allows) for orders such as birthdays, anniversaries etc.. Always get in touch however as there may be a chance if a last minute order becomes available. For weddings, at least 3 months notice is recommended as these do take a little more planning and to ensure that you have a better chance of securing a spot.
  • How do I store my cookies?
    Cookies are best stored somewhere cool like your pantry. All cookies come individually wrapped and have a storage life of up to 8 weeks of kept in the correct storage conditions.
  • Do I need to put the cake in the fridge after I pick it up?
    All cakes are best stored refrigerated after pick up. Bring out about an hour before cutting and serving the cake. However do keep in mind to not display in direct sunlight as the icing will start to melt quickly in Dubbo's hot summers. Every cake on pick up is given a cake care card which explains how to cut, transport and store your cake and goes into much more detail for your reference.
  • How do I pick up my order?
    I will always communicate the time for pick ups once orders are booked (my life is a busy one and everyday is different). My pick up times are from 10-2 Monday to Friday or Saturday morning from 8-9:30 am. Times will need to be confirmed first but this is a rough guide.
  • Why do you charge a deposit?
    Deposits of 30% are required or if you rather full payment is required to secure your booking. This locks you in and allows me to start the planning process for any toppers, florals etc that you may require for your product. The deposit is non refundable. The total amount must be paid in full 7 days before the pick up date. No product is allowed to be picked up without full payment made. If you would rather pay in cash that is also fine. Just let me know and we will go from there.
  • I've made an enquiry, how long until you respond?
    I aim to reply to all messages within 72 hours.
  • I'm not from your area. Are you able to send my order to me?
    Unfortunately, cakes and cupcakes cannot be shipped BUT cookies can be! I always express post these to ensure they arrive in the fastest way possible. Each cookie is carefully and individually wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure safe delivery. These can be posted Australia wide and have safely arrived in places like Tasmania and the top of Queensland. I always have them in the post a week before the event, however once they are out of my hands I cannot control how fast Australia Post will get them to you.
